What a good inquiry contains
A good inquiry contains four things. First, the part row, named exactly as the parts table names it. Second, the variant, belt or chain, where the part family has both. Third, the quantity you have in mind, so the supplier can answer the quantity question rather than guess it. Fourth, the questions you need answered before payment: the minimum order quantity, the lead time, the packing, and whether a set includes the belt or chain and the pulley cylinder.
Before payment, confirm the part name, the quantity terms, the lead time and the packing in writing. This site publishes no quantity or lead-time figure, so do not treat any figure found elsewhere on the internet as this site's figure.
