What to confirm before shipment
Confirm the packing for the actual rows ordered: a complete assembly and a single belt do not pack the same way, and a set packs differently again. Confirm whether packing photographs will be provided for the order. Confirm the logistics route and the lead time in writing, because this site publishes no lead-time figure. Confirm, for an export order, what export packing is included and what is not. Those confirmations belong in the inquiry, before payment, not in a complaint after delivery.
