CVT Parts Inquiry Checklist
The checklist to send with any CVT inquiry, so no commercial or technical question is left to assumption.
Design diagram only, not a product photograph.
The checklist
- Part row, named exactly as the parts table names it, in English and, where helpful, in Chinese.
- Belt or chain variant, stated explicitly.
- Pulley side, primary or secondary, or the set covering both.
- Whether the pulley cylinder is included or ordered separately.
- Whether the belt or chain is included in a set order or ordered separately.
- Whether the step motor or CVT-limited solenoid is part of the same order.
- Minimum order quantity, to be confirmed by the supplier.
- Lead time, to be confirmed by the supplier.
- Packing, including whether packing photographs will be provided.
- Warranty for the specific row, confirmed as at least 1 year as stated in the company materials, or otherwise as the supplier confirms for that row.
- Certificates, if needed for the destination market, requested by part row and market.
- Current contact details, confirmed in the reply, since the materials give conflicting contact details.
Send the checklist as it stands. A supplier reply that answers every line is a complete reply. A reply that answers only the price leaves the order unconfirmed, and the buyer should ask for the missing lines before payment. This site publishes no quantity, lead-time or price figure, so any figure in a reply is the supplier's figure for that order, and it should be kept with the order record.
