CVT Service Support
Services around a CVT order: selection, tracking, packing, after-sales consultation and fault analysis, as the company materials list them.

Services listed in the company materials
The company materials list five services: selection and quotation, production tracking, packaging and logistics, after-sales technical consultation, and fault analysis. This page describes each in turn, as a service a buyer can ask about, not as a guarantee attached to every order. The packing service is described in full on the packaging page, and the fault-analysis service is framed by the fault-signs guide, which keeps symptom description separate from diagnosis.
How each service helps a CVT buyer
Selection and quotation is the service that turns a symptom or a rough requirement into a named part row and a price. Production tracking is the service that tells a buyer where an order stands after payment. Packaging and logistics is the service that gets the part to the buyer in export-grade packing. After-sales technical consultation is the service a buyer uses when a fitted part raises a question. Fault analysis is the service that examines a failed or suspect part and reports what it finds. A buyer should ask, for the specific order, which of these services are included and how each is delivered, because the materials list the services without attaching a delivery promise to every order type.
One caution from the materials: a case document describes lifetime free technical service and one-to-one technical guidance, and claims a high proportion of after-sales faults can be solved. That description is presented in the company materials as case-document wording without a service agreement behind it, so this site does not repeat it as a service promise. Ask for the service terms for the specific order instead.
