CVT Selection Guide
Select by part row, not by vehicle model. This site carries no fitment list, so selection is a row-first procedure.
Design diagram only, not a product photograph.
Row first, model never
Selection on this site works row first. The named items on the parts page are: pulley cylinder, primary pulley, secondary pulley, belt, chain, pulley set and the CVT valve-body step motor. A buyer selects among those rows. A buyer does not select by vehicle model on this site, because no model list is published here, and a model name in an inquiry is a question to the supplier, not a selection made by this site.
The selection sequence
First, decide assembly or part: a complete CVT assembly, or one row. Second, decide belt or chain, because those are different rows and the market habit of mixing their names makes this decision explicit. Third, decide pulley side, primary or secondary, or the set that covers both. Fourth, decide whether the cylinder is included, because the cylinder is its own row with its own pressure test, and assuming it is included in a pulley order is a common error. Fifth, decide whether the valve-body control items, step motor and CVT-limited solenoid, are part of the same order or a separate one. Each decision is a line in the inquiry, and the supplier's written confirmation of each line is the selection record.
Where a decision cannot be made from the symptom alone, the fault-signs guide and the repair-shop page show how to describe the symptom accurately so the supplier can help make it, without this site pretending to diagnose the vehicle.
